Details:

The subscription is for 1 computer. The initial appointment will be to install the SST Antivirus and perform your first maintenance series. We will call you and connect to your computer remotely. During this appointment, we will schedule all of your appointments for the year. you will be sent automatic reminders the day before each appointment.

On the day of each subsequent appointment please have your computer powered on and connected to the internet. No phone call will be needed. We will log in to your computer remotely, do the maintenance, and leave a note on your computer screen letting you know the work is complete. At that point, you can continue to use your computer normally. You will not be able to use your computer during the maintenance appointment. You do not have to be home or present as long as your computer is turned on and connected to the internet. The 4 appointments must be used within your subscription year.

Disclaimer: Does not include tech support or biofeedback updates. Those can be done during a separate appointment for an additional fee.

Question: What if I already have SST Antivirus on the computer I want to subscribe to Quarterly Maintenance.

Answer: The Quarterly Maintenance subscription will replace your SST Antivirus subscription if you request it on the same computer. There will be no pro-rated refund on the current SST Antivirus subscription.
