Great Experience
I have been a Biofeedback Practitioner since 2005 and also have helped many people acquire SCIO, Indigo, and Eductor Devices.
There are very few humans on this planet that know, understand and can test and fix our biofeedback software and hardware. I had the opportunity to converse with Ron Verhaeghe while he was remotely testing, checking, and fixing my software using Teamviewer over the internet. So cool!! I am watching all these processes happening on my computer right in front of me, and I have Ron explaining in simple terms things that I always considered "Technical Mysteries". He found out that I had a few things in my software that had gotten corrupted somehow, so he replaced the files, and fixed the problem while I watched. I really appreciated that.
I recommend that we all watch 'Ron's Rules' (The Computer Maintenance videos) and do the maintenance he tells us to do as we all need our computers to work at their best! When SST makes the Quantum Computers, they only install what we need, where most other computer companies have 30 or more unnecessary programs that only eat up the computers memory and make everything run slow. They setup the bottom task bar so that it has your most commonly used program shortcuts, like the maintenance programs (defraggler, disk cleanup, and ccleaner) along with my biofeedback software icons. It makes things so easy because I dont have to search for them, I have everything I need right there. I love it! Ron told me they also spend a lot of time making sure all the Windows settings are adjusted so that the computer is running in High Performance mode, because our biofeedback software will work better that way. All other computer companies setup their computers for lower power consumption for the purpose of longer battery life, which really isn't a good situation for Biofeedback.
Whether you bought your device for personal or professional use, do the simple maintenance steps that "Ron's Rules" recommends, it really helps. For Professionals please consider getting this yearly package as you can likely have your problems fixed without having to send the computer or biofeedback device out for repairs, which sometimes can leave you out of work for several weeks.
