INSTALLATION: Please be aware that your installation appointment will need to be scheduled. You will receive a scheduling email within 24 business hours of placing your order. If you do not see that email please check your junk/spam folder and make sure all emails from the domain of sstoffice.com is whitelisted in your email system.

RETURN POLICY: No returns will be accepted for software that has already been installed.

TRANSFERS: Transferring the Fredy Zap software to a new computer will require a remote tech support appointment. You will be charged current labor fees. This appointment will require us to be able to connect to the old computer to remove the software and then connect to the new computer to install the software. To book a transfer appointment click here. If we are unable to connect to the old computer to remove the software then you will be required to purchase a new license.

MULTIPLE INSTALLS: The Fredy Zap is a single computer license. You can purchase an additional license for each computer you wish to install it on. There is no discount for multiple license purchases.

IMPORTANT NOTE: THE MACRO WILL BE WORKING WITH WHAT IS BEING DISPLAYED ON THE SCREEN. IF YOU CHANGE PROGRAMS OR START WORKING WITH ANOTHER PROGRAM IT WILL WORK NOT ON THE MATRIX BUT ON THE NEW ONE YOU ARE WORKING WITH. SO ALWAYS LEAVE IT IN THE MATRIX AND DON'T GET OUT OF THERE WHILE THE MACRO IS WORKING. IN OTHER WORDS, CLICK START AND THEN TAKE YOUR HANDS OFF THE KEYBOARD AND MOUSE UNTIL IT IS DONE.
