However, should this merchandise fail in normal use or arrive damaged, this warranty offers you full protection for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers your product under normal operations and normal circumstances. It does not cover malicious damage due to improper installation, improper electrical supply or power surge, dropped product, theft, abuse, misuse, vandalism, fire or natural disaster.
This warranty applies to all qualified merchandise returns within the Canada, United States, and International.
PRIVATE MEMBERSHIP LOCAL CHAPTER RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY
The set up of your own local chapter will take approximately 4 weeks to complete. There is a non-refundable $500 fee that begins the process of your local chapter. If during the setup period you decide you wish to cancel your Local Chapter you do have the right to do so. Your refund will be calculated minus the $500 fee and the labor hours spent so far towards setting up your local chapter. Once your Articles of Association has been drafted and signed the window for cancellation closes. No refunds/cancellations will be allowed after final signatures have been received. All additional Association documents and processes will continue after the Articles of Association are finalized.
There is a 30 DAY RETURN policy on most merchandise purchased from North American clientele.**
There is a 45 DAY RETURN policy on most merchandise purchased from International clientele.**
All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging.
All returned merchandise must be accompanied by an original sales receipt and original courier packing slips.
All merchandise must be in a sellable condition in order to receive a full product refund or credit.
All merchandise must be returned with the return deadlines stated in order to receive a full product refund or credit.

Some merchandise may require a restocking fee.
If an item you have purchased goes on sale you may request a price adjustment if 1) the item has not shipped yet or 2) the item has shipped within the last 7 days and the sale is still ongoing. Price adjustments will not be made if any other discounts, coupon codes, or vouchers were used on the purchase.
