Seriously Smart Technologies strives to ship your order as quickly as possible. Stock orders will be shipped in standard shipping times which are 1-2 working days. However, standard shipping times are not guarantees or promises that a product will ship on a specific day. Our primary carriers are UPS (United Parcel Service) and The US Postal Service (USPS). However, we are willing to work with other carriers upon direct request.

Domestic UPS (United Parcel Service) Shipping

  • Next Day Air: If the item is in stock and your order is placed before 12PM EST on a business day the item will ship same day. Orders placed after 12PM will ship next business day. Orders placed on a non-business days will ship on the next business day.
  • 2nd Day Air: If the item is in stock and your order is placed before 12PM EST on a business day the item will ship same day. Orders placed after 12PM will ship next business day. Orders placed on a non-business days will ship on the next business day.
  • Ground: If the item is in stock your order will usually ship within 1-2 business days. Shipping times for ground shipping are not guaranteed. During special sales or high order volume, time from order placement to ship date may be up to a week.
  • Out of stock items: If the item you have ordered is out of stock, you may still select an expedited shipping method. However, the item will ship when it is received back in stock via the shipping method you selected during checkout.

Domestic USPS (United States Postal Service) Shipping

  • Priority Mail: If the item is in stock your order will usually ship within 2-3 business days. Shipping times for priority mail are not guaranteed. During special sales or high order volume, time from order placement to ship date may be up to a week. If you have special delivery time needs please communicate those with us directly.
  • Out of stock items: If the item you have ordered is out of stock, you may still select an expedited shipping method. However, the item will ship when it is received back in stock via the shipping method you selected during checkout.

International Shipping
For international shipping, please keep in mind that duties, customs, brokerage fees, and taxes incurred by the destination country will be payable by the purchaser. Duties, customs, brokerage fees, and taxes are not included in your order. For an estimate of your countries duties, customs, brokerage fees, and taxes contact your local customs agency. Parcel Ground International will charge a $45.00 Brokerage Fee. This fee is payable by the purchaser directly to the Courier. If purchaser does not pay the Brokerage Fee, or any other Customs, Duties, Taxes, etc., and the fee(s) gets charged back the Seriously Smart Technologies, we will automatically charge your credit card for those fees plus a $25.00 Charge Back Fee.

For this reason, INTERNATIONAL ECONOMY or EXPEDITED may be a better option for all international shipments. There is no additional brokerage fee for this shipping option. Duties and taxes may still apply according to your countries customs department.  If you want to explore this option and get a specific quote on your shipment, do not place your order on the website, however select your items, then call our customer service department to go over the details of your order and we will give you a special shipping quote.

Signature and Physical Address
All computer orders and/or orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery. Please be sure to use a shipping address where you will be available to sign the package for these types of order. If you would like a signature required on smaller packages, or have special instructions please make that request in the comments box during checkout.

Rerouting
Packages cannot be rerouted once shipped for customer security and logistical reasons.

Lost Packages
Seriously Smart Technologies is not responsible for packages lost during shipping. You will be provided with confirmation of shipment and all tracking details available upon shipment of your order. If you are concerned that your package may get lost during transit, we suggest using UPS and asking for "Signature Required" in the comments section of your order. For international shipment we strongly suggest UPS International Economy Shipping.
