RETURN POLICY: No returns will be accepted for training videos that have already been posted to your Member Portal.

CANCELLATION POLICY: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation refunds will be calculated on a pro-rate basis using the full monthly rate of $35 per training video already posted to your Member Portal. You will receive a refund of the remaining balance for any training videos that have not yet been posted. If your subscription is being billed month to month at the full price, then we will simply cancel all future scheduled payments.

Please be aware that your online access to watch the recording(s) will be made available through the Member Portal. We do have to manually add this to your personal Member Portal. It may take 24 business hours for the video to be added to your Member Portal. If you place your order after regular business hours or on the weekend you can expect the recording to be added to your Member Portal on the next business day. Our business hours are Monday – Friday from 9 AM – 7 PM Eastern Time.
